Slang for something or someone who is quick in some way, like an octopus swimming

Part of the sea creature/sea food slang culture, originated on marine biology tumblr threads before moving to X and tiktok, used most in California and the southern parts of Oregon.

"It's hard to keep track during my math lessons, the professor is just so octopus."
