A person who is weak and hyper sensitive, often acting like everything is a bigger problem than it actually is, and in most cases, beats themselves up over stupid things

That guy over there is such a pansy, he started crying because someone bumped into him in the hall, and than started insulting himself.

joe pesci syndrome

A trait that small dogs (I.e. chihuahua's) and short people have where they always seem to have an attitude problem thought to be linked to there height.

I shouldn't have gotten a Chihuahua, that little bastard has a bad case of joe pesci syndrome.
