When someone makes up an absurd or exaggerated backstory to get attention, laughs, or curiosity. Basically “baiting” people with fake lore about yourself.

“Yeah bro, I was raised by Jeff Bezos and gave away 5 Lamborghinis.”
→ That’s straight up lorebait.
