An intentional response which breaks down a more technical word into a simpler word (layman's terms) in an obvious attempt to be humorous while using the prefix "I don't know about that, but _______."
Can also be unintentionally used by simple people with very, small vocabularies.
Nocism
1st Person: "You really should be more apologetic."
2nd Person: "I don't know about that, but I am really sorry about it."

1st Person: "Is it really necessary for you to be so demeaning to her."
2nd Person: "I don't know about that, but I don't look down on her."

The stock of non-words used by or known to blonde females in an effort to sound intelligent.
Did she just say, "Smarterest"? Her blondcabulary keeps me rolling on the floor laughing!
