Yellowman
Yellowman (born Winston Foster in Negril, Jamaica in 1959) is a Jamaican reggae (rub-a-dub) and dancehall deejay, widely known as King Yellowman. He was popular in Jamaica in the 1980s, coming to prominence with a series of singles that established his reputation. He is called Yeloowman because he is an albino and his skin is tinted yellow. A device to smoke marijuana.
It is related to a steam roller. Instead, it is a plastic bottle, usually a soda or water bottle, with two holes, usually made with a cigarette.
One of the holes is the carb, the other holds the joint or spliff or in some cases a blunt.
The user covers the carb and inhales, then lifts the carb and inhales to receive the marijuana smoke.

Scandinavia
The countries in Europe that speak a Scandinavian, and thus Germanic, language. I.E. Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Iceland is sometimes included and maybe Greenland (because Denmark owns it).
Notice that Finland is not Scandinavian. Their language is not Germanic and Scandinavians get made when Americans lump Finland into Scandinavia. Granted, Finland is a Nordic country.
