When you see or hear about something that is painful and you get kind of a "jolt" or a "surge" inside. This usually occurs in the "buttal" region.

An extremely high and or wasted person that is a puss or a pussy in a safe environment such as school so that authorities(teachers) won't understand.

Wow. You are high and you won't eat that apple off the ground? You are a mega zert buss.
