Whadju 

A combination of the words "what," "did," and "you" quickly bunched together in conversation and sometimes in text.

It is usually used by even the most snobbiest English perfectionists without knowing it.

Student: I finally saw The Sound of Music.

Whuddup 

A lame spelling of the common "wuddup." However, it is not used as a greeting in most cases. It is commonly used as in introduction on meaningless facebook updates in times of distress when the user wants to appear cool or hip in nature, usually to much failure and pity.

Jim: "Whuddup new shoes!"
Carl: "wow...what do I even say to this?"

whudupdoe 

It virtually means: what's going on, how are you doing, what's happening, etc...it is a saying that is Born, Bred and Said by most Detroit Natives.(may also be spelled, "What Up Doe")

The man walked into the store and as he passed a young man that was leaving out and he said to him, Whudupdoe? The young man said the same in return. A simple greeting of affection and acknowledgment of people you pass, meet or greet!
