n. Someone who instigates the theft of something by proxy. A person who incites another to steal for their own benefit.

Aubree: "Ok, who's gonna steal me a flower before we leave?"
Jamie: "Aubs...you're such a ventriloklepto...nobody's gonna be your puppet."
