A response to a statement of something being "tough", or to using "tough" as an adverb.

Toughy McGee 

Somebody (usually male) who wants everybody to think he's tough, even if he isn't. usually walks around with the arms out, as if he's carrying bags of groceries. Usually isn't that tough after all.

"Oh great, here comes a Toughy McGee, I guess we'd better get off the sidewalk."

A term used to refer to someone who is "tough" out of nowhere.

THe school loser comes to school one day dressed all gangster and ready to beat up anyone who gets in his way.

when your getting a blowjob on the highway and traffic stops and your next to a big pick up truck and urge the trucker to honk his horn. When he starts honking you hold her head down and bang out her throat

I gave Tara the turnpike toughy on the way to the beach, she was pissed off but the trucker found it hilarious.
