When one exaggerates the truth or simply tells lies about themselves to be better impress, hang out, or date another person.
Person 1: Deceivingly tells someone else that they have a record deal inorder to impress Person 2.

Person 2: Knows that Person 1 is lying and tells them: You ain't got to lie to kick it with me

Something used to gain entry to an event or function, or to hang with someone.

Your ticket to kick it
Guy #1: "Let me come to the party tonight, i've got 5 hot girls ready to get loose."

Guy #2: "Alright thats your ticket to kick it right there."

OR

Guy: "Whats up girl, you wanna chill? I got a fat sack we can smoke."

Girl: "Yeah for sure let's do it."

When someone tells lies or stories to fit in with the crowd.
me: I just bought a new car!
Greg: I know, I bought a new car and a house.
me: Come on Greg, you don't have to lie to kick it.
