The condition in which a person or people will try to associate desirability with selves to compensate for lack of natural desirability.

After a panel of psychologists psycho analyzed the Canadian people the found the civilization would try to surround themselves with desirable people or objects because everything about Canadians is pathetic. Upon realizing it was natural inadequacies they coined the term tiny pecker syndrome. (TP'S) because Canadians are about useful as toilet paper.
