The act of using a strong tape in order to increase the tensile strength of small animals (hamsters and other rodents principally) in order to be able to have sexual intercourse with them without bursting them (and desturbing the sexual experience).
That Bulgarian was so well hung, that it was a good thing he'd been taping that hamster or else it would've gone splash!
