A person who is not overweight and have skinny look but still have a high fat percentage and low muscular mass. Usually those people have a low caloric diet, that's why they are skinny, but are not involved in any sports activities or trainings and that's why they don’t have any muscle. Since between the bone and the skin those people only have fat, the skin can be deformed easily because the skin layer is located on an unstable matter (fat).

Skinny fat woman look sexy from a certain distance but they have soft jelly skin and still have some cellulite even if they are in there early 20.

The Antonym of ‘Skinny fat’ could be ‘Fit’ or ‘Tight’ or ‘Athletic’.

Skinny-fat people

Indivuduals who appear to have a slim physique, however, they're body is composed of little to no muscle. Individuals who fall into this description often brag about thier slim body, but are hesitant to perform any athletic activities. They often eat frequently and are characterized by laziness, but thanks to thier abnormally high metabolism they are able to maintain a slender physique.

skinny-fat hibou 

A name given to a friend who is skinny fat - meaning skinny, but eats a lot of junk food all the time but is still somehow skinny. These people also tend to have very large eyes, hence the hibou (owl) part (They usually grow their bangs really long to hide them though).

These people usually have wild mood swings and may seem to disappear suddenly around 7pm on certain nights to secretly go to their AA meetings. These kinds of people also usually have a pepto bismol in handy in case of nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach and/or diarrhea! (Especially at Amusement Parks and hectic rides like the Thunder Run)
These people are also lanky.

skinny fat person 

A skinny fat person is a someone who appears visibly skinny with their clothes on. But, if you were to touch them or see them without clothing they are very flabby. This is very common in white people. Most white guys and girls have very little lean muscle tissue, which is why they are skinny fat people. Have you ever seen a thin white guy with no shirt on? Then you notice he has a soft pot belly and man boobs. This is a good example of what a skinny fat person is. With clothes on they appear thin to the eye, but if you were to see them unclothed their body is incredibly flabby and soft like jello. These body types are primarily due to genetics. Not everyone is naturally muscular nor will they become muscular and ripped. For some, it is not in their gentics to be muscular and well defined.
