The point of one's attraction to another person is so overwhelming or all-consuming, they start acting like a retard. (Usually at least one degree past twitterpated.)
"My roommate is so ass-over-teacup for this dude, she's acting like a total retard. She's retardipated over him."

A coordinated retarded person.
A participant in the Special Olympics.
Person 1:'I can't believe Brett won that game of darts.'
Person 2:'Tell me about it. After 8 beers, he is completed retardinated.'

Retarducated 

An educated person who cannot think for themselves and instead repeats a narrative or follows activists cults, who uses their knowledge on how to do proper research to support an echo-chamber or for self-persuation, or both.
Mitch is retarducated, he has completed his masters degree in environmental science, so instead of taking the job offer from Shell to help reduce their carbon footprint, he got a criminal record after he glued himself to the road and created a huge traffic jam.

Mindy will not have her kids vaccinated, she says it gives them autism. She must know what she is talking about since she has a bachelors degree and has done a lot of research online, like all true retarducated people.

Foot prisons 

Socks. Annoying, sweat-causing, non-barefoot enducing, everyday socks.
The first thing I do when I take off my shoes, is rip off the foot prisons I had to wear inside them. That's why I prefer flip flops, even in winter!
