Completing many low level, unimportant or "busywork" tasks while avoiding or procrastinating on an important task.

multi-protaskinator 

A person who not only has ADHD but is also a procrastinator causing them to start multiple tasks but putting them all off till the last possible moment to complete.

Dennis is such a multi-protaskinator. He starts 5 things at one time and put's everything off till the last minute to complete.
