a word combining the words "poet" and "potential." it literally translates to the potential to be a poet or for a piece to be considered poetry. i first used it in a piece i wrote a year or so ago and have since been using it mostly in responses to applications in a journal community.
it's tough to say. it's always tough to say, most of the time. everyone's got "poetential." well, almost everyone.
An amateurish poet. Usually teenagers prone to angst. Additionally, most poetasters believe that they are incredibly talented and that they are the only ones who understand their emo-ness and tendencies toward self-injury.
Dude, I hate Writer's Workshop. It's really just a big Poetasters Anonymous meeting in there. And the instructor sucks ass.
Postest is the biggest unit of big stuff that can't be beat by anything. It's mostly used when you're in a predicament about who loves who more; if you say, "I love you mostest postest" you automatically win. Postest can't be beat by any more, most, tons, morers or any of that. The person you used "postest" on usually gets pretty mad because they can't beat you after you threw postest at them. All in all, postest is the biggest unit of big stuff that cannot be beat no matter what and no matter how hard you try.
