People who often look confused or feel like they're being attacked when they are asked if they are an Otaku or a Weeaboo.
They don't know stuff about Japanese Culture, but they don't pretend they do either, they just like using some Japanese phrases/words.
Otherwise, they're just normal people who really like Anime/Manga and have watched/read a fair amount of them BUT they don't flaunt their knowledge.
They are like your friendly neighbourhood friends who go, "Ohayou!" and "Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu!" (They're often called Weeaboos because of this) and will lend you their copies of some really underrated Manga.
Usually, they don't like using either of the terms, they just say, "Yeah, I really like Anime/Manga" and stuff like that. Just a mix of an Otaku and a Weeaboo, not completely though.
They are pure, innocent creatures on Earth, do not frown upon them because they use Japanese phrases, honsetly.

Person A: So, do you watch Anime?

Person B: I really like Anime.
Person A: So, you're an Otaku then? Isn't Sword Art Online the best show ever?!

Person B: Actually I'm an Otaweeb. and SAO is okay.
Person A: A Weeaboo, too?
Person B: Umm..
Person C: Hey! Me too!

Person B: Sugoi! Haven't actually come across my kind in a while!
Person A: *walks away* *murmurs* Freakin Weeaboos.
Person C: I s2g, mean Otakus/Weeaboos like him have a place in hell. Anyway, seen Psycho-Pass Season 2, yet?
Person B: Totally, bro! *Otaweeb high-five*
