Norbed means you are so bored you cannot eat sleep or even move the boredom has set in to such a level you are often mistaken for weird objects such as your moms celery she wants to use in tonights dinner or a lightswitch and in some other cases your sisters will jump and pounce on you taking advantage of the norbed state you are in.

Omg my sister is so norbed lets go dump boiling acid on her face!!!

Norbering 

The participation in several events on a single occasion / night.

Making plans with several parties, and trying to keep all appointments with no party aware of the others.
A common plot device in sitcoms, and comedy films.

Jerry: "I have decided to have two dates in one day, to save time"
George: "But how will you be able to meet two girls on the same night"
Jerry: "It is the delicate art of time balancing. I meet one a little early, and for a short date, so I have enough time to meet another girl a little late the same night. Better yet, I decided to meet both in the same place, to save time"
George: "I don't know Jerry, this kind of Norbering could get you into a lot of trouble"
Jerry: "Nonsense, my good friend Norber is doing that for year, and no one is the wisest"

Norted

A word use by fans of the Kingdom Hearts Video game series to describe a character who has been possessed by one of the series' main villains, Xehanort. Its use spread after the trailer Square Enix released for Kingdom Hearts III on June 10th, 2018 at Microsoft's E3 convention. It depicted the character Aqua (A main protagonist in the game Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep)with yellow eyes, suggesting she was possessed by Xehanort.

Kingdom Hearts fan terminology. A word used to describe what happens when a character has been possessed or influenced by the character Xehanort, causing them to develop yellow eyes and/or tanned skin and silver hair, just like Xehanort/Master Xehanort.

NORTED

The process of Master Xehanort (From the Kingdom hearts series) binding his heart in 13 vessels, to complete the new Organisation 13. In this transformation, the Vessel gains yellow eyes to match Xehanort's eyes.
