nepotoid

any children, siblings, relatives or spouses of talented people that seek celebrity, fame or become briefly famous (i.e. covered in the tabloids) because of that family connection, usually not due to any visible talents that person possesses. Nepotoids are usually below average on talent, or on the d-list.
Paris Hilton is the most famous nepotoid in the world today.

K-Fed displayed nepotiodistic tendencies while married to Brit, with his half baked recording career attempts.
