n. An old-Scouse term for an alleyway or guinnel.

Lad 1 - "Ee ar lad, the busies are coming! Go and hide in that jowler."

Lad 2 - "Fuck off, nob 'ed! Your the one with the bag of smack up your arse."

angry jowler

When someone shakes their head back and forth quite violently causing their cheeks to become outstretched. The only true reason for this is to prepare themselves for the taking of a very huge dick. Either that or the preparation of a dick going up the nose and incredibly large balls entering the mouth.

When a huge dick is approaching the face of the unfortunate victim the angry jowler must be unleashed.
