A combination of the words 'Interpol' and 'lol'.

An term used to describe the international or internet police which may be tracking conversations and / or illegal activity.

We shoudln't be sharing those kinds of files otherwise interlol will be after us.

Interlol

A serious funny guy who invites trouble with his foolhardy deeds. Pokes his nose everywhere and gets roasted by the people. Also a lol which is intermittent after getting trolled.

Look at him getting scolded and interloling.
After interloling, he left the scene embarrassed
