A Quentin Tarantino adjective used to describe the atmosphere in 50's themed diners (like Jack Rabbit Slim's in Pulp Fiction.) Could be used in the same way as "it's hella poppin' in here."

1: An extremely unlikeable place
2: A place full of fire and sulfur, possibly filled with demons and other unholy creatures
