A holistic term for a state of inebriation after any amount of alcohol, although typically after consumption of sunset blush.

Dude 1: "Man, that chick is totally bombed...how much has she had?"
Dude 2: "She's only had 2 glasses of sunset blush!"
Dude 1: "She's totally griggin' out!!"
