A popular typo for "giggle". Doesn't mean nearly the same thing though. It really means "you smell fantastic today".

When you start giggling but snort inwards through your nose causing you to sound like a pig, but still carry on with your giggle.

Susan giggled so hard that her nose started to giffle, making Jeff feel a little uncomfortable.

When you are shown something funny on a phone, but it’s not that funny and you’re trying to be nice.. so you “huhuh” chuckle?

Other friend: “huh-huh”

Friend: “Did you just giffle me?”

The word giffled is sometimes used when a person gets extremely lucky with a time consuming process and doesn't have to bother with it anymore.

That fucker got so giffled there. I am so jealous.
