Germatic is when a person freaks out over anything involving Germs! Its used when someone is losing their marbles over coming into contact with germs, either real or imagined.

Germatic 

My husband is German and I said in passing you're being so dramatic and then I linked in that he was also a German. Then the term Germatic was born.
