It's a slang for "blow it" refering to a penis.
It came from the french swear word "gonfle le" and it was soon merged into one word to form "ganfil".

Ganitis 

The disease that results from the contraction of the Staphylococcus Shigellosis microorganism. AKA Post-Gan Syndrome (PGS). It is caused by poo-to-mouth contact, and is commonly found in Chinese take-out joints all over Manhattan and sheisty Queens (see: Dougie's).

Today in the United States, it is commonly referred to as Klein's Disorder, after the famed early 21st Century amateur biologist, who first identified the microbe and the scourge associated with it- the hard way.

Ganitis is often accompanied by extreme diarrhea whose hallmark is a velevetty consistency with a hue that can range from khaki to deep purple. Generally, the bouquet of Ganitis, although very much present, varies widely and is as yet unpredictable. As a result, most modern healthcare professionals strongly prefer to ignore the aroma and instead rely heavily on the viscosity and shade of the poo when recommending a treatment.

Usually, treatment consists of bed rest and drinking plenty of fresh water to avoid dehydration. Dookage, however, remains the most important ritual of the recovery process. Many sufferers find that watching good television programs, like TCAP or Dog Whisperer, can ease the rehabilitation. Generally, one DOES NOT develop immunity after passing Ganitis. Gandi is a word in Oriya language largely spoken in the east Indian state of Odisha. Gandi means ass or buttocks in Oriya language.

Gandi has various colloquial uses in Oriya as the following would illustrate.

"Gandi Muna" means a pair of shorts that is worn to cover one's buttocks.

"Gandi Munda" means beginning & the end.
Sala, To Gandi Munda andhara kari debi. Mu ehara Gandi Munda pauni.
(I don't know its beginning nor its end.)

"Gandi Gunjiba" means to find a place e.g with difficulty to sit on.

"Gandi Pasa" means hanger on.

"Gandi Fatiba" means to loose courage.

"Gandi Fateiba" means to intimidate somebody so as to leave him speechless.

"Gandire Pasiba" means to flatter somebody to win his favour.

Ganking Zone 

A location in a jail where an inmate is easily jumped or killed by fellow inmates or guards without being noticed.

The warden's snitch got killed in the gankin zone and there were no whitnesses.
