Double Fist Pump Jump 

A trendy new dance generally reserved for those with the the rhythm of a usher, chris brown, or MJ, but that should be attempted by all. The dance goes as follows:
1. The beat kicks in to a song
2. Jump while simultaneously fist pumping and throwing your knees in the air
3. Hop backwards while jumping
4. Smile, laugh, and sign autographs....you are now the life of the party

Fist Pump 

Clenched fist withdrawn rapidly after a feat of accomplishment.

Spread widely in the U.S. in the 50's and 60's in the sport of Bowling.

If a bowler could see that he was about to get a strike (knocking all 10 pins down at once) - he would clench his fist as if holding a string that was attached to the pins. As the pins scattered he would quickly pull his fist back, acting as though his imaginary string pull caused the pins to fall.

Eventually, the Fist Pump became the gesture used on any (particularly sporting) instance of accomplishment.
