Fauxmage 

Fake Cheese. Faux meets Fromage. Even though they are two French words, I think most Anglos know their meaning.
Or maybe Fauxmaggio if you prefer French meets Italian (faux meets fromaggio)?

Fauxpage 

A fake facebook page for someone real. Typically the real person will have another facebook page where their real friends are, while the fauxpage is just a public front.
Stan: Hey, you haven't updated your facebook page in a month.
Dan: Oh, that's my fauxpage. Barely update it but it works to prevent people from finding my real profile.

Stan: People like me?
Dan: Yup.

fauxtrage 

Fake outrage, usually generated as a way of trying to create a controversy for the purpose of political smearing. Often the main weapon of right-wing bloggers who don't use threats to achieve their goals. Usually involves claims of racism or making huge deals out of small details such as lapel pins.

etymology: faux (French word meaning fake) + outrage (furor or indignation)

Fauxmage 

1 - To pretend to honor or care about something that means nothing to you.
2 - An empty, symbolic gesture.
She has a WWJD and an NRA sticker on her car. One of them is fauxmage.
