When the tone of a voice or frequency of noise created has reached a certain decibel level thus resulting in those listening to react with fear anxiety and uncertainty . Sometimes those that are audio sensitive result to calling the authority’s , simply running away or fear of being beaten . Predominantly happens when those of ethnicity (black) raise there voice.
Just cause I raised my voice doesn’t mean I am gonna physically hit you . My apology’s my kind sir , you don’t need to run just cause I reached the white people decibel level.

To "decibel." It's meaning is to "decibel." To "decibel" is to use decibals in anything, math related or other. If someone goes to you and asks what you are doing while you're doing a math test, tell that you are "decibeling."

Something that is very loud, any sound that is voluminous, i.e. has lots of volume. We measure sound using units known as decibels. A decibel is one-tenth of a bel, which represents a logarithm of a ratio. For instance, a jet engine is about 120 decibels. It is therefore decibelic.
