cosmic afro 

A feeling of swelling around your head during the intake of a large amount of weed. It's the feeling of having a giant afro surrounding your head, weighing you down (and even getting caught on things if you're completely wrecked).

I think my head's gonna explode. My cosmic afro's gettin' bigger 'n' bigger.
