'Coldspot' is a term used to describe an area free from electromagnetic activity. It can be used more specifically to highlight an area free from wireless internet known as ‘wi-fi’.It was first coined by the Wavefighters organization in 2005 as the antithetical rival to ‘hot-spots’

Wifi-coldspot 

It's basically the opposite of a wifi hotspot, but it's not like your living without wifi or your in Amish country. Once you try to load a video or anything somewhat important it buffers than works than buffers than works and on and on and Starbucks is too far away.
