A person who is totally possessed by money.Also means those who had their mind blinded by richness - typically means people with ridiculously "bling-bling" appearance (tons of chains,golden teeth etc.) and "everything is just money" viewpoint.

Especially understood by South Texans and Southern Californians; References the Mexican (-Americans?) who can be identified by large, expensive jewelry, teeth grills, "low-rider" vehicles with family names stenciled on window, South Pole brand clothing several sizes too large (males), or several sizes too small (females), often draped around neck.
