EA Games have two cashcows - "The Sims" and the "FIFA" series of games. Neither of which I'd play if you paid me.

Cash cows are fans of a TV show that don't realize they are deceiving themselves into feeling comforted by the show because the show offers advice of some kind--advice that is not intended to be helpful or useful but to keep the cash cows coming back for more.
Typically, cash cows are unable to see that they are cash cows because they assume that because someone is on TV--there must be something special about them.
