A condescending, mean spirited, despicable prick. Someone if you never saw or interacted with again, it would be too soon! One wants this type of person in their life about as much as they would want a rash on their own ass,however, sometimes they are simply unavoidable( Boss, Co-worker,neighbor,etc.).
