A women who likes to make her vagina "talk" like it is a ventriloquist dummy by using her fingers to open and close her vaginal opening, mimicking the human mouth while using a cartoon sounding like voice for humoring others.

That lady over there got drunk one night at a party, stripped down naked and got all spread eagle on the coach. She lifted her legs up high and put on a vag'riloquist show. The voice she used sounded like Marge Simpson.
