1.) To clamp a teat (nipple) with two fingers and twist harshly.
2.) Another name for Purple Nurple or Titty Twister.

Joe clamps onto your left nipple with his index finger and thumb, then twists it harshly!

A bloke whose behaviour leads to them never getting laid as twats literally clamp when they're around.
