When 3 people, where 1 is not related to the other two, are like sibling or are BFFs and whom are children from 4 different people, mainly as 2 sets of parents.

The Gordon bros and their best friend Andy are such good BFFs they consider themselves as quatriplets.

Quadriple is a combination of quadruple and triple. The number that it represents is 5 1/2. This is because quad is still present, but the T in triple is not. Therefore, riple is only counted as half.

A quadriplegic is someone who has damage (and possible loss) of all four limbs on their body. It is usually caused by brain damage during an accident, where the limbs of the body become useless and need amputation. In a basic version, a quadriplegic is someone who has damage to both/loses both legs and arms during an accident and is just a body and head.
