an annual moped rally in Cincinnati, OH, hosted by TBS (The Bombardment Society) Cincinnati's chapter of the Moped Army; a place where attractive people come together to swarm & destroy on mopeds; a group of hot, barely-clothed riders who travel from one party to the next via mopedular transportation.
