"Pipe Off" or "Pipe Me Off" is a common expression used in the northern English tongue to desribe a bloke getting sucked off or receiving a blow job by a bird. It's been around for a few years most notably in the Hull and Manchester cities.
"I went round to this birds house the other night and got her to "pipe me off" it was mint!"
