The far right lane of a street, usually used for parking purposes, in which someone speeds in order to avoid traffic in the lanes to the left. Utilized by 16-25 year old Persians in BMWs, Mercedes, or Camrys.
"Hey man, I passed that BMW five minutes ago, how did it beat us?"
"I saw him speed past us in the Persian Lane."
