the act of two people, of any arrangment male or female, attemping to space dock (pooping into a vagina or buttox) each other anuses creating a tug o' war of feces that if done corecetly will form a perfect pancake.

when roy and phillip attempted to dock one anothers anuses the collision of feces created a pancake between there butts. ie a love pancake
