I disagree that a photo of a woman's back with a knife in her neck is NSFW.

I think it's at best NSFOPW.

"NSFOY" stands for "Not Safe For Ourselves, Yeah!", and it refers to content that is not suitable for the person consuming it. This acronym can be used to warn others about potentially dangerous or triggering material. It can also be used humorously to describe content that is mildly uncomfortable or embarrassing.

Person 1: "Hey, have you seen that new horror movie everyone's talking about?"
