Hypermajority 

A type of majority greater than a simple majority and a supermajority, where at least 90 percent are voting for the same cause or that share a certain characteristic.

The new law passed with a 92 percent hypermajority. This new law, then, is vastly approved by the population.

South Koreans make up 96 percent of the South Korean population, meaning it is a hypermajority.
