Hungarian Sundae 

Taking a crap with such great volume that it is above the water line in the toilet. And to celebrate this "achievement" you leave a friend/co-worker's business card in the top as a trophy.

I have this condition where I have to take a dump after taking my first drink of alcohol. After politely excusing myself from our table, I walked into a stall and saw that someone had left a Hungarian Sundae in the bowl.

Hungarian hot fudge sundae

When you have explosive diarrhea all over someone’s chest and then you proceed to top said chest with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and chopped almonds. You then put a bib on and proceed to say “let’s dig in!” As you ravenously dig in to this scrumptious dessert you have created.
