Bubba is a ghetto redneck hoodrat acting like he's from 5th Ward but he really lives with his parents way back in the thicket off of Walnut Burl Rd.

redneck ghetto 

one who is typical caucasion and likes beer, ford trucks, hunting/ fishing, and 4 wheelers but talks in ebonics and only listens to rap. they are typically seen in wife beaters, baggy pants, and have earring and chains. they are a confusing new breed as you are not sure where they fall in culture.

I know this guy Chris who is so redneck ghetto that he rides a 4 wheeler with 20" rims and listens to rap music while hunting deer.
