A group of misfits who have a tendency to screw with people's minds. Their many crimes include peeing in a garbage can, conquering and claming houses in heir name, declaring newfoundland is not a part of canada, filling people's trucks with garbage, cheating in bowling, and throwing pee in people's faces. They are also commonly called the Picks.

cutting laps 

Driving around on a certain fixed path either to be seen, to see, simply to pass the time for the lack of something better to do.
It's nice out, let's go get some Slurpees and cut laps 'til it's dark enough to set off these fireworks in old people's yards.

A term used to hide the fact that you are actually crying due to being moved emotionally by implying that you are crying because someone must be cutting onions.
When Jack saw the video of the lost dog being reunited with its owner he began to tear up and exclaimed, "Who's cutting onions!"

ninjas cutting onions 

A slang term for crying while observing something tearjerking, such as a sad film scene. This refers to both a ninja's alleged stealth abilities, and the irritation of the eyes by the fluids in an onion.
I was watching The Notebook yesterday. Damn ninjas cutting onions the whole time..

cutting about 

Going around with/at- Going about- Often 'going around with' (cutting about with) as in 'hanging out' with someone (generally on a regular basis- a freind and companion)- or 'cutting about somewhere' refers to location of an individual or group of people - Sometimes means- 'going out with' i.e. in a romantic relationship with another- Unsure of the origins of the term 'cutting about' but has been used in many parts of Scotland for many years and is still common today
"Saw Mike cutting about at the bus station today"- "Watch out, there's a bunch of neds cutting about down the park"- "I hear Tony is cutting about with Sam these days" "Looks like Pete and Susie are cutting about together"
