Cookie Licker

A girl or boy who "claims" one of the oposite sex as theirs by flirting with whoever could be a potential girlfriend/boyfriend.

Comes from young children who lick all the cookies so no one else can take them

"So Jennie, tell me about this Conner guy again".
"No! He's totally mine, I so claimed him!" giggled Kate.
"Jeez Kate, you're such a cookie licker".

Cookie Licker

When someone tries to claim everyone they ever talked to so their friends can't date them. They are like a child that licks a cookie all the other kids want and set it on the table so no one else can eat it.

Carmen: That girl is such a cookie licker.

Jordyn: I know. She thinks everyone she ever talked to is hers, and no one else can date them. She just picks up the cookie, licks it, and sets it back in the table so no one else can have it.
