A person whom is commonly described as a fob. Their accent is so thick, one, Arnold Schwarzenegger comes to mind. They usually ruin sex for all the roomates in a dorm or apartment. A chhay may sing to themselves in a native language, to help with sleep and as a counter-intuitive to suicide.
