Car AIDS 

Used to discribe a car that is simply nasty and you would not want to go near let alone sit in/drive. A car so bad that you think you could catch AIDS from it if you get to close...

Why would you buy that heap, it has car AIDS.

I don't want a lift from him, his car is AIDS.

Don't get a lift with him you might catch AIDS...
