After one feciates, there is a lack of residue of poop leaving their toilet paper or whiping material completely clean.

Espically good when pooping outside

It was okay that the bathroom ran out of toilet paper, I had an angel poop anyway.

An old person who is lying on the floor in a pile of poop because they have fallen and can't get up to call 911 and nobody is around to help them. Sometimes they can spend days there and they will defecate while waving their arms and legs around in an attempt to get up which will spread the poop around in the shape of an angel.

"Hey you know that old lady down the street whose husband died a few years ago?"

"Ya?"

"Well I saw the paramedics over at her house so I asked them what was up and they said that she had been a poop angel for the last two days."
